Our MISSION

The Legacy Hoops Skill Development Program is built on 17 years of real-world coaching experience from Skills Development Specialist Damian Johnson. His work across youth, high school, college, and elite training environments has shaped a development model designed to consistently build confident, disciplined competitors.

This program exists for one reason: to create a structured, consistent, and accountable environment where athletes can focus on growth without distraction. Our player development framework helps young athletes build confidence, resilience, discipline, and independence. When everyone is aligned, athletes improve faster, retain more, and carry those habits into competition and everyday life.

Structure protects the athlete. It eliminates mixed messages, keeps expectations clear, and allows the coach to do the job they were brought in to do: teach, challenge, and develop. When families fully commit to the framework, the athlete gains something rare—an environment where improvement is inevitable.

SESSION II

The Legacy Hoops Development Program is built for girls 7th - 10th who are serious about development, not just getting reps. Training three times a week creates the consistency needed for real growth—physically, mentally, and skill-wise. The development program is a complete system where each session builds on the next—driven by detail, repetition, and accountability.

This is not a drop-in environment. It’s a structured program designed to push athletes, challenge habits, and elevate performance over time. If you’re not consistent, you’re not improving, it’s as simple as that.

PRICE: $550

MONDAY

SHOT CLUB | 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Elite shooting starts with precision. We break down mechanics, footwork, and shot preparation at a high level—focusing on efficiency, balance, and repeatability. Every rep is intentional, building a shot that translates under pressure and game speed.

WEDNESDAY

ATTACK & FINISH | Time: 5:30pm -8:30pm

This is where separation is created. Advanced ball handling into actions, reading defenders, and finishing through contact at game speed. Athletes develop the ability to create their own shot and score against length, physicality, and defensive pressure.

FRIDAY

GAMEPLAY & IQ TRAINING | 5:30pm -8:30pm

High-level players think the game. Live scenarios, reads, and decision-making are emphasized through competitive play. Athletes are held accountable to make the right play, understand spacing, and execute within real game structure.
